The Reboot Phase is designed to help members to lose weight under our personal professional care, utilizing structured meal plans that incorporate grocery foods and our delicious protein supplements. This structured format provides healthy nutrition and allows for safe and effective weight loss. During this phase, Members will meet with our counselors on a weekly basis to help promote compliance to the plan, improve nutrition knowledge, modify behavior and introduce exercise.
The Adapt Phase our members will gradually return to a meal plan of all grocery foods, while the protein supplements are slowly phased out. Members continue to learn strategies to prevent weight regain and discover the self-confidence which occurs from being in control of eating habit
The Maintenance Phase our members will learn to self monitoring your nutrition, adjusting as you live with help from your coach, nutrition and activity to fit your lifestyle and live a renewed, healthy Lifestyle.
